I'd give less than one star if I could. Absolutely shocking company. So quick to contact you if you fall behind with a payment but if you have a genuine problem then they are nowhere to be found. Had to fill in updated income and outgoings due to now being unemployed and it took over 2 weeks for them to send the right link, and now another 2 weeks later still no contact and they've taken the same payment and left me with 30quid to last a month!! Avoid at all costs, they care nothing about people and circumstances changing, just about getting every penny they can!!
Shame you can’t give 0 stars. Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Rang yesterday and was in the queue position 22 for over an hour. Ended up leaving the call. Been sat in position 15 for the last half an hour today. They’re either lying and don’t want to answer these calls, which from the reviews wouldn’t be so far fetched, or they’re are a woefully inadequate business for their footfall which I imagine is a lot given the state of this country. They don’t care about people, they’re money grabbers! Sad because the people who use these services are obviously struggling already and you lot are making it worse. You should be ashamed of yourselves
Avoid avoid rip off company do not get a loan from them. They do not do proper checks. Mo affordability checks. Absutely disgusting interest rates. This company should be shut down . Why has the foc allowed this company to have a licence to operate in uk. Foc seriously investigate this company asap
Shocking company. I tried to pay early in December otherwise i would miss the payment due to being on holiday and they would not let me do so. Now i am in arrears that i have to pay unfairly.
After sitting on hold for 2 hours on the phone, there was no answer!Absolutely gutted with this company and wish I never take help from them.This company need to be firmly checked in deep. They putting people in more problems then they actually helping them. I will report them to every financial institution there is on this planet! Do not go near to them!!
Good loan company and they provide me with a loan every time, the down side is the 3 hour waiting time if you need to ring them, they are not always like that but today at 4pm I was is a que of 20 people and still didn't get through after 3 hours!! Sort this out loans 2 go.
Shocking service I have been paying regularly and I receive a message that my account is arrears of an amount that can not even be justified, and it’s next to impossible to get these people on the phone Been charged twice and this month since Friday I have been trying to join someone on the telephone no answer they say that on Saturday they open at at 8 till 5 but I called I 8 it said it was closed I called at 9 that’s when they opened but seemed like the queue was not moving, I tried to call later on around 2pm on Saturday and it said it was closed. I’ve sent thousand of e-mails and received nothing in return
These people are robbers I care for some one and help the feed the and do on she has no gas or electric so I got money for her on a Thursday but lines to go took it Wich was not right trying my bank when thay want I heave proof that money was not mine but thay would not help reading there screens police and news papper will be informed robbers
Trying to get £1400 out of me for a £150 loan... I'm taking them to the financial ombudsman for breaking the law over exceeding payday loan capped interest rates.
Worst company ever, I have mental problems and lost my job and they took £52 a week off me when they new I had lost my job and wouldn’t refund it back when I had no food or money to live on!!!! You would think the mangers give you the money them selfs absolutely shocking company don’t care about clients!!!!!
