Martin diagnosed a potentially failing hard drive to my laptop and replaced it promptly with a new SSD. Excellent customer service and great communications. Unfortunately the new SSD malfunctioned within a couple of weeks. Hey, these things happen. What impressed me was Martin's response. New larger SSD installed under warranty within 24 hours of me contacting Martin. Great service, great response to an unexpected problem and peace of mind. Can't recommend Martin and PC - FIXED highly enough.
Fantastic experience with this business. Martin was very responsive and fixed my laptop quickly. When a further fault was identified he was very quick to respond and then only further charged me for parts and not his time. Excellent value for money and service. Would highly recommend to others.
I went to Martin originally due to my keyboard being broken but then more trouble turned up and my computer was completely unusable. He managed to fix my laptop and save all my data. He is truly a computer genius if it wasn't for him I would be on the sofa crying my eyes out from all my lost files. His prices were completely reasonable considering the condition of my laptop. I couldn't recommend him more. If you're currently experiencing any issues go with him he will sort you out very quickly!
