A big thank you to the whole team of Lloyds Pharmacy in Sainsbury. The staff was really wonderful and helpful. After struggling to find the right medication for my 2-year-old girl, they managed to order and get it extremely fast. They went above and beyond to help. I also noticed some OTC medications that are difficult to find in other pharmacies. Thank you lovely people.
Avoid this place at all costs. Sadly this used to be a very good pharmacy, it is not now. I am trying to get a repeat prescription organised and have been told I will need to wait 3 days, I am going to run out of medication before then and explained this, was told an urgent will be placed on file and to phone back later in the day to check progress. They do not answer their phone. The service is beyond dreadful. This place requires new management or shutting down.
Appalling. My son is type one diabetic, the last 4 prescriptions I've had nothing but problems. Once they forgot to order insulin.... and tonight my husband has gone to collect 2 prescription one for insulin I have, then they gave me something completely different. And the women serving tonight WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. I WILL BE CHANGING PHARMACY AND THIS IS MY SONS HEALTH AT RISK
The lazy workers try to hide in the back by pretending to be busy and acting like they can’t see you waiting at the till you can clearly hear them having a general chat. if they try mugging you off like this, start reaching through the counter and grabbing stuff from near the till, they can magically see you very clearly then!
Wrong timing advertised. Slow service, never has medication on day, long wait to be ordered. They make you wait 30 minutes just to tell you that they don't have medication.
The lady was very rude to me did not wont to answer my questions and lied to me about something that i know they ave and did wont to talk to me i think cos she knows she was wrong and still did not get my boys meds for his type 1 which he relives on time to change pharmacy i think which is a shame cos it was really good at 1 point
Avoid. Been waiting for medicine for days now. From 1 prescription Im picking up one medicine a day or every other day dont have problem with waiting but dont like to be told come tomorrow and meds are not ready
Can't look at any products as all behind counter, poor customer service couldn't seem less interested. i didn't even bother asking for advice, went elsewhere
Queued for ages. Waited 40 minutes for prescription only to be told they don't do one of the things I needed. Rude and lazy staff
Appalling service. Incredibly rude, lazy and incapable of filling a prescription within several days. Avoid at all costs.
