One Pharmacy assistant abrupt and rude consistently. Zero customer skills. Today she was abrupt to customers in front of me. Her tone with me was also abrupt and rude. Refused to check if prescription was ready. I challenged and she wouldn’t speak to me. I understand they are under pressure but something is awry with customer service here. Lloyds please do something about this. I will go elsewhere.

Pharmacist would rather have a chat about how they enjoyed their Christmas for 10 minutes than serve the queue behind. Rude and abrupt staff.

Pharmacist very helpful. But I object to being grilled about my personal health over the counter in public earshot by the counter lady. If she needed to pry, she should have asked to do in private I have a right to confidentiality. Thankfully just the one who does this. Will avoid if she's there in the future.

The pharmacist ended up being helpful, but the first person we encountered was a clerk who was very rude. If she doesn't want to help or interact with people, why work there?

Constantly behind with orders. 4 days my prescription was ordered before I went to pick up and yet still not ready and had to wait. And all they say is sorry were having technical issues. How long your technicaissues gonna last its been over a month at least. Joke!

This is the slowest pharmacy on earth. Staff are always hiding out of sight and appear aggregated by you trying to attract their attention. They frequently fail to dispense medication in full, resulting in an owing note that can only be used at the same location.

Fantastic service, all very polite. Tonight I went in to collect medication, but unfortunately had missed them as they have new closing times. But witnesses the poor girl getting alot of verbal abuse from another customer. Well done to the staff member for staying very professional and polite in a horrid situation with a vile customer. Well done !

Collected a prescription this morning and when I said "i have come to collect a prescription please", the staff member Alison stared at me for 5 seconds then pulled a funny face then barked "Name!" at me.  Left feeling upset and angry and will be cancelling my electronic prescription service with them as had trouble with getting the prescriptions right as well.  Go get your medication elsewhere should be shut down as they don't manage the staff clearly!

Just the worst . You will rarely walk out with the medication you came in for - computers frequently down, they’ve searched every drawer and bag on the floor and still can’t find it. “Can you come back in an hour  when I’ve gone home ” ?. Always a queue. I mentioned how terrible the service is to one of the staff who agreed with me and said ‘ I know it’s dreadful isn’t it ‘. Then do something about it!

There’s one consistently unhelpful and rude assistant in this chemist.  Why doesn’t she get another job somewhere else?  Definitely the worst chemist in the area.  I’m now changing where my prescription goes.
