Absolutely useless. Only go here it it's your only option. They don't check stock before sending you away for half an hour then tell you it'll be 24-48 hours delivery. They only carry a very small stock and they won't call other pharmacies to ask if they have it. We got the prescription refunded and went to Superdrug where the pharmacist handed it over straight away.

Absolutely shocking customer service! No regard or empathy. My very poorly little sister was prescribe cocodamel from the hospital nurse that she needed that night. She went to the pharmacy to pick it up, the man told my mother and her that it would take ten minutes and they were welcome to go to do their shopping while they wait, so they did their shopping only to come back and find that the pharmacy was now closed. The man failed to tell them they closed soon and my little sister had to go home  with no strong pain killers. (As the pharmacy had her prescriptions they couldn't even go to other pharmacy to pick it up) Had the man informed my mother they were closing soon, they would have just waited or gone to another pharmacy that was open later. So shocked at this mans disregard,  if he had only told them !

Excellent pharmacy and really lovely staff. They always go out of their way to help our family and we're in weekly! They get busy sometimes and people get cross, but these guys work so hard and really do care, 99% of the time they get your prescription done in under 30 mins, today it was 2 minutes for mine! Thank you to the staff there, we really appreciate you. 😀
