Young girl with the dark hair was fantastic and sorted me out with my Inhaler Wednesday Morning, thankyou, great help!

Appalling service. Three people in the back of the shop having a chat about how one of their partners likes their coffee. I waited 4 minutes at the counter, there was no queue, and eventually I heard one of the assistants say they thought there might be someone waiting. I was standing at the counter directly in their line of sight for four minutes, and even then they did not acknowledge me, just announced to their colleague that I "might" be waiting. Eventually, an assistant came to the counter and I asked for my prescription. We then had to go through the whole rigmarole of " we don't have it, are you sure it was this pharmacy, when did you order it, there is nothing come through, oh we don't get them that quick, oh we get hundreds through every day, and then finally, oh here it is. Complete pantomime. Then another 5 minute wait while they dispensed. You would think 3 of them would be well on top of the prescriptions. Especially as they are not getting bogged down with anything remotely approaching customer service. As I waited for my prescription to be dispensed, another customer arrived, and they were subjected to identical behaviour, including the long wait with no one at the counter, followed by denial of receiving any prescription etc...etc...It would appear that this treatment is actually store policy. If anyone from Lloyds is reading this, it's not right, and your store in Southport does not deserve the business it is getting. Next time I need a prescription I will use somewhere different and am also thinking of changing my regular  direct delivery from Lloyds Direct to any other of hundreds of pharmacies that provide the same service, as I don't want to support a business with such a lack of customer awareness.

Shocking service waiting in pain for my medicines staff talking on the back not taking any notice of people waiting for help

When I asked for "Liquid Peptac" the pedantic pharmacist felt it absolutely necessary to correct me in a patronising manner and tell me it's called "just Peptac not Liquid Peptac" . Then he hands me the bottle and it says "Peptac Liquid" on the front.

A small branch inside Sainsbury's supermarket. They are friendly and quick to serve and they seem quieter than other local pharmacys. I have on occasion needed to telephone and they have been quick to answer my queries.
