Extremely rude pharmacist today who clearly hates their job. We asked for savlon cream, they said they didn't have any so look in Sainsbury's. I asked for alternatives, didn't want to help said didn't know look in Sainsbury's we are separate. Very rude normally a pharmacist should try help, not make you feel like you are causing problems.
The pharmacist is always "popping out" not good enough.Last night new year's eve I phoned at 7:30pm to ask when they closed, n they said 9pm so I got a taxi down there at 8pm only to find they were closed? So unreliable and unprofessional. Cnuts. They need new staff who take their roles seriously. Disgusting level of slackness. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Most awful experience! Huge que. 3 employees laughing at the back while customers waiting. When spoken to about the laughing at the back No apology at all instead tried to pull me for a “chat”. Absolute joke. No name badge and fake louis vuitton belt… great uniform. Looks very professional just like the service. 1 person can serve while other 2 making medicine don’t see the reason for the delay! Another person complained while I was waiting in the line again no solution, just rudeness from the male employee to the lady who was waiting 40 minutes..2 people were served before her that came after her. An absolute joke of a pharmacy.
Went to ask the pharmacist about which antihistamines to use that are ok to use with having seizures,complete clueless idiot pharmacist told me to see a doctor and that I shouldnt rely on antihistamines I don'tits not an issue a doctor to take up an appointment anyway wrnt to the pharmacy in asda and the lady pharmacist sorted my issue straight away
Nominated pharmacy for my prescriptions from the doctors. Was told by the doctor that my prescription would be at the pharmacy. 3 days later went to go collect and was told that it would be 50 minutes until it was ready! What is the point of sitting on the prescription for days and then do it when you arrive? Blamed an IT issue that has being going on for months! Went today with a paper prescription and told it would be 45 minutes. Still same IT issues 3 months later! Total waste of time! Went elsewhere and was done in 3 minutes! Staff......If you can't cope with the workload then get more staff and sack your IT technician! Customers ......go elsewhere!
Most awful experience. I went last year with a private script for same problem staff were so unhelpful. Went to tesco and no problem. Unfortunately 12 months later with same problem, after a 12.5 hour shift tesco pharmacy was closed so went back to Sainsbury pharmacy.Told come back in 10 mins. went back pharmacist had disappeared. Technician said we don't stock prednisone. There are signs about abuse. In my calmest voice I said you do. can you please speak to the Pharmacist. You will have to wait another 10 minutes. I eventually got my prescription. It is for problems breathing. I am a nurse with 35 years of experience. I worry about the patients who are scared to ask for prescriptions.
Be aware of the rudeness of the staff and thei total incompetence. They don't care about the patients. They are driven by their own business and they've got a totally wrong attitude. No professionalism, no patience, no respect no kindness or positive attitude. We have never seen such untrained staff, and such bad and disrespectful attitude towards the clients. Needless to say, I have now reported them to the medical council.
I tried to get an appointment with my doctor without success as I’d had a really bad cold for 2 weeks. I wondered if it might be tonsillitis so thought I’d ask Pharmacist just to have a look to see if my tonsils were inflamed then I least I could ask the doctor for medication. The lady that served me, who was a pharmacist, said she wasn’t qualified & wouldn’t even look at my mouth. I went to Lockwood Pharmacy & the chap there was extremely helpful, looked at my mouth & diagnosed oral thrush. I was then able to ring my GP to get the correct medication without the need for an appointment.
Rude staff/ manager I went there today for a service and at first a staff told me that I might have to wait or need to come back in 2 hours for it. She didn't say but showed that they didn't want to do it, and I told them I could come back in 2 hrs. She went in and sent another men, not sure if it was the manager. He was rude, talking to me like giving me order or thinking I would have to listen to him, that they were busy stocking so couldnt give me the service, and that I should go to Superdrug.
Polite and pleasant staff always willing to help
