Most staff are very friendly, but since their recent 'update' they now don't sell nearly enough array of products. Nice though it looks inside, the floor layout is ill-advised, & there choice of merchandize greatly lacking. There is much better choice in places like Superdrug or Boots - AND - the prescription service is WOEFULLY slow
