(LLOYDS CHEMIS, Fair Oak)   terrible pain, sadly medicine not available on Friday. The took my mobile number, ordered it and said the would call if it arrived on Friday, if not it would defo be ther by 12 noon Saturday.  Saturday, having heard nothing ... The Locum Pharmacist first denied having my script, then found it in a red basket (marked urgent). I heard her say to the young lad "just give her script back, we havent got it" .. i questionned why she seemed to show NO empathy .. she retorted/shouted that she was only a locum and it wasn't her job to care or advise ???  I said I wanted to complain and she said 'I am too and I will tell your surgery' ... she refused to give me a complaints form as 'they didn't have any' and refused to give me a phone number.  Sent home IN AGONY and tears.  55 minutes later.

Absolutely appalling pharmacy and below par service. I started to use it as it is in an ideal location, however, we have had nothing but issues with every prescription, the latest being losing my daughters urgent prescription & making us wait for 3 days before they would dispense it.. Formal complaint has been sent to head office and I will not be using them again.
