Recent closure of the branch near Morrisons means this remaining branch is really struggling to produce customer satisfaction. There are always queues to be served despite the number of staff behind the counter. It is virtually impossible to collect prescriptions without a VERY long wait even when given months of notice to prepare them, and then they miss items.
I suggest Lloyds customers at this branch move your custom to Boots who are far more efficient.

Lloyds pharmacy recently closed another pharmacy in the town. This is proving to be a huge mistake resulting in long queues and much confusion. Chaos. Sainsburys in Dubridge is my best advice.
