Since manager and some staff left before xmas it has now gone down hill. Some one from the chemist without my knowledge placed a repeat order for tablets, some that i have not used in 8months!, with my doctors. Doctors spoke to chemist about issue but chemist deny all knowledge of speaking to doctors. Prescription dispenced was not ready even though doctors told was ready few days ago!!! 2 other people in at same time also complaining of mess up in prescription or loss of. Have used for yrs without problems but after this incident and issues with a previous prescription will go elsewhere.

The absolute worst of the worst as far as pharmacies go, the staff stand around and talk to one another while people are waiting, left me stood around for 45 minutes to say they cant give me the prescription. Stay away if you have any other choice. Absolute garbage. Was alright until loads of staff left at the end of 2017. Plus all the workers there just seem for a lack of a better word STUPID.

since new people took over its gone massively down hill, prescriptions never ready even after 4 days!! dont answer phone!! when you go in and wait you can be waiting for nearly an hour... very poor!!

Staff are nice enough, go there for my prescription, fast in and out.
