I cannot give Zero stars - or I would! This Chemist has probably got the most lazy and inefficient front-desk staff of any shop I have ever visited - period!. I feel they let the actual back-office chemist staff down. They mill about and chat amongst themselves and are not customer focused at all, its almost as if lloyds owes them a job. Lloyds - please replace all the non-qualified front desk staff with more efficient upgrades, they really are giving you a bad name, and imho there are far to many front-desk staff that is really needed (if they were more efficient) - and would save you money.
