Waited at the counter for over 30mins to get my pre ordered prescription- ordered 2 weeks ago, told me I could get it after 3 working days. Very slow, inefficient, messy and disorganised , staff couldn’t find the medication anywhere through different boxes and drawers. Then told me it is out of stock! And the medication is still not delivered yet. This is not the first time waiting this long to get my medication, happens every single time! But this time completely wasted my visit to the pharmacy. Would suggest better organisation and more experienced staff...?

Phone service is appalling, I have been on the phone for 45 minutes and no response, it just keeps saying ‘1 call ahead’ . I wouldn’t recommend it
