Myself and my elderly mother both use this pharmacy, my mother visited your store on Tuesday to be lectured about giving 48 hours before picking up her prescriptions, She tried to explain that it was a emergency prescription but that didn't seem to matter. As for the pharmacist that told her this it's awful the way she speaks to both customers and her staff which I have witnessed myself. Poor show Lloyds pharmacy, such a shame used to be a nice store and the staff seemed happier too .

Arrogant staff and rubbish service. Every time Ive been in the staff are at the back gossiping about something or the other. Lack of professionalism and waiting time - absolutely horrendous.
