I arrived at the store a day ago of this review. as i waited for a prescription with my friend i noted a woman walking past who worked there as she walked past again i said EXCUSE ME DUCK to which her response was by raising her hand so i could see the palm of it and saying ill be with you in a minute. when she did return she tried to give me some information about a chair they had on display that i was trying out. i just said i wasnt interested anymore because her putting her hand up and sounding so abrupt wasnt good customer service to which another member of staff started raising her voice to me infront of other people in the shop. my advice would be to go here if you like being spoken to rudely when trying to make a general inquiry and then being humilliated infront of other customers
