I have to collect my regular medications from Lloyds and the staff are always polite and helpful. It is usually very busy no matter what the time of day so I often end up in a long queue; this is particularly annoying, when  my prescription is not ready and I go away to do some shopping and come back, as I have to queue twice. I order my repeats online and usually wait a week or more to collect but my pills are never ready for collection when I call in. It is not unusual for me to have to wait over half an hour. The solution would be to extend the shop and have more staff and more tills preferably with at least one till dedicated to prescriptions which seem to form the bulk of the transactions. I don't know how feasible this is but there is a rapidly growing population with many new build house and flat conversions in the immediate area putting more and more pressure on local facilities. I have already had to move from my local doctors' surgery as I could never get an appointment

Most days there are extensive queues waiting for prescriptions etc. But then again when you are served you're served by a very well trained person. Service is usually spot on! (We're getting hit by more and more houses being built around here and no pharmacy being built so expect a wait).

It's pretty much impossible  to do anything here without joining  a queue.  If you can go elsewhere. Promised times often missed, yet so many staff behind the counter.

The queue here is always horrendous, add onto that the high prices charged by all Lloyd's pharmacies and this is place not to go unless you're desperate.
