Visited Friday after visiting the GP to pick up a new prescription and was puzzled to find it was closed. Went back a few days later at 14:30 and closed again !?? what's going on, do they not want customers any more ?

Had to drive up there to pick up a prescription for some pen tips for my Insulin injections The woman behind the counter REFUSED TO SERVE ME as she said they were short staffed. These pen tips are ESSENTIAL to enable me inject my insulin. Thanks to her and her attitude, I’m without them. AWFUL, USELESS SERVICE !
