Consistently poor service. We have a one year old with a worsening chest infection. Prescribed antibiotics and told to start them asap. Went to collect on a Friday afternoon to be told they didn’t stock the appropriate strength medication. They had our contact details but never bothered to let us know. When I raised the issue with a member of staff all I got was a shoulder shrug. They just didn’t care.
Used to be great but not any more. Prescription not ready after 4 working days...claimed they were waiting for GP but checked with surgery and was submitted 24 hours after being requested. Suggested if not happy with the service there were other local pharmacies I could use...very good advice!!
My last prescription I had to attend 3 times, everytime a long wait, after 7 days I managed to collect it and they still only had half the quantity that was prescribed. In recent years this has been their normal level or service. I will no longer be using them.
Prescription sent in last Tuesday, went to collect today, not dispenserd, waited 20 minutes to be told there is worldwide shortage for the medicines, have to wait for another prescription. 2 other customers told that there's hasn't been dispenserd from last week either No apology just we have been short staffed
If I could rate 0 stars I would. This pharmacy is beyond a joke. They need new management as this place is so disorganised. Every single time I go in for my sons inhalers, they are unable to find them. I end up waiting for hours then have to go back and forth to the doctors. I've spent around 3 hours this time and they've lost my sons inhalers again. I asked for the area managers contact number, which they refused to give me. I will be taking this further this time. Someone needs to be held accountable. Where are my prescriptions going to?
A very unorganised chemist getting the wrong prescriptions. Barely ever open, and medication never here on time. Don’t have a good word to say about them.
Useless, firstly did not supply the correct prescription. I opened the packet up when returning home at 6.30pm to find it was not correct. I returned at 8.30 am and was told they realised, but didn't have in the required tablets so I should return after 11am. Returned at 1.30pm to be told they do not have the required tablets and to return the following day! I won't be using this pharmacy again.
How woefully inadequate does the technology infrastructure between the NHS and Lloyds Pharmacy have to be that it takes a whole week to dispense prescribed medication? I’m assuming very! Terrible service. Will be avoiding this pharmacy and all Lloyds Pharmacies in general.
Could be up there with one of the worst pharmacies in the UK. Always a queue outside the door 5 persons long and takes about 30 mins to sort prescription when you get to the desk
Website says open8am. Tried phoning from8.05 until 9.07 phone rang and rang and I’m still waiting. Perhaps I should complain to head office.
