Friendly staff but total lack of organisation/systems in providing prescriptions. I have 2 chronic health conditions so have a repeat 'batch' prescription which should be ready for me to collect every month. Each month it is not ready or can't be found and this month, an essential item was missing. Having been a community nurse myself for many years, I know how repeat prescriptions should work. Pretty stressful when you rely on getting your medication on time every month. Am changing pharmacists.
