Having used this pharmacy on lots of occasions, just wanted to say I have always found them to be helpful & respectful. Thank you
Service wasn't bad, it was worse than that. Greeted in an unfriendly manner, it seemed like I was an inconvenience. Was bluntly told "we can't deal with 'green' prescriptions. The attendant was only concerned about how difficult her life was due to a new computer system. As a company whose business is dealing with sick people and people in pain, Lloyd's really should take a long hard look at their practices.
Had to go twice today to get my prescription. On checking it at home, 3 different medicines were missing. Called them straight back and spoke to a very unhelpful pharmacist. Beyond frustrated!
Utterly rubbish, useless, unreliable "business". Closed today between 5 and 9 pm. Needs to be closed down and removed from the market completely to free up the space for the decent pharmacy with the customers being the priority. Went to Torquay one - the same story closed after 4 pm. Disgusting!!! One star as there's nothing lower.
Had to walk around Sainsburys as pharmacist was giving someone a flu jab. Lack of knowledgeable staff ,as usual!
Always been reliable
Since it was taken over by Lloyd's its gone completely down hill there's never a pharmacist in it advertised to be opened till 23:00 I went in at 18:00 to get a emergency prescription and it was closed we're really unhappy with the service
Left a prescription for over an hour told it would be 45 minutes but still not ready when we went to collect. Not particularly helpful. Went elsewhere & it was done in 5 minutes.
Great staff all ways willing to help open later than most chemists some times open till 11.00 at night plus you can do your shopping wile waiting.
Always mess up my medication, rude employees and havnt got a clue what their doing
