Staff unprofessional slow and rude! Only visited as it was next to walk in clinic waited 55 min for medicine and there was only 2 other people in the shop!

Such rude staff. Was given incomplete and incorrect information over the phone, get to pharmacy to be told I can't get my medication (even though I was told it was ready for collection) and have to wait for my doctor to send a new prescription. Was offered no apology for their mistake, told I was being rude and was interrupted on numerous occasions by the pharmicist so couldn't even explain why I was frustrated. How can so many people working in one place all be so incompetent?

Never have anything in stock, dont communicate with the doctors (next door!) Or other pharmacies. Their rules on Controlled drug prescriptions change every month and today there was a 25 minute wait. Oh and the staff couldn't give a stuff, so laid back you'd think they are probably dipping into their own stock.
