Great experience here today. Came in for a cholesterol test and even though I was early, I was accommodated by a lovely Indian lady name starting with "N". She talked me through the whole process and was very friendly, professional and was very forthcoming with health advice. Would recommend this pharmacy if you are looking for reasonably priced, no nonsense cholesterol testing.
Sometimes have problems with the prescriptions getting through digitally not sure if this is a doctors fault or pharmacy’s computer system , but I’ve got to say a lady called Elaine went above and beyond for me to be kind , kindness goes a long way , well done and please give her the recognition she deserves

Sent prescription to this pharmacy on Wednesday went to collect it Friday as they didn’t send text to say it was ready Told it would be ready Saturday so went there Saturday and was told it wasn’t ready so I queried it then they said only got half of the order so I told them it was ordered Wednesday and I was suffering then buy chance they found the rest of the order! Not going there again if I can help it.
Went to collect prescriptions for son urgently. Lady hasn’t find anything on system and refused to talk to the doctor as well. Then went back to doctor’s to bring printed code of prescription then hand over to them. I ask about manager, one of the receptionist lady gave a rude laugh. Their behaviour was totally disgusting towards my skin colour. Are they serving the community this way or which community they are only serving.
In context don't recomend. I really don't recomend this pharmacy to any one. They only give the prescription to the people they want and that is frustrating. IF YOU ARE SERVING A CUSTOMER TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME. It's just rubbish, if you only give medicine to one person and another person you say from door that you don't do that prescription when I can clearly see another person with the same paper prescription. One employee there when you are speaking to them with respect and education she starts to ROLL HER EYES AT THE CLIENT. How are you serving if you don't respect and starts Rolling her eyes in your face and putting faces.
Disgusting won't help you at all more interested in having a chat and a coffee Waiting 5 days for a prescription doctors says it there chemist says it is not so now no medication for another 4 days !!! The pharmaceutical staff are in majorits rude one nice lady larger girl with dark hair!!! BRING THOMAS BACK
Staff are very rude , This shop has got to be the worst chemist iv ever been in . I went in to return a none prescription over the counter item that we had ordered on line . On the returns policy it clearly states that the item could be returned within 14 days . Post or return to store . When pointing this out they just didn’t want to know . I ask for them to read the there own she was rude and sarcastic and refused to ready there returns slip. Just a complete waist of time . God forbid you ask for then get off there but’s and actually do there job . If I was that rude I would been arrested . Complete waist of time and they wonder why more and more people are shopping on line and driving shops out of business .
The best pharmacy i have been to, if the prescription isnt there the doctors are to blame the pharmacy team work so hard. Its sad people don’t appreciate them and instead get abused bc people dont wanna wait for 10 minutes.
I booked in for a cholesterol test Friday 15th October at Lloyd's pharmacy stone cross st 9.40am. Upon arrival I waited upto 10 mins, whereupon it was obvious that they weren't ready for me and were unaware my booking. The pharmacist said that the person to to do cholesterol tests was of sick and told me to come back Monday. This appeared to be made up on the spot excuse. This was very inconvenient as it was another 20min drive for me. Monday I arrived on time and was kept waiting 20mins. At which point I was told I had to wear a mask for which I was medically exempt, due to breathing difficulties following my recent heart attack. As I was being refused service and being medically discriminated against I walked back to my car to get my wife's mask. Upon return I pointed out my experience to the pharmacist who accused me of having an attitude! I've rarely experienced such bad service with no apology or understanding. At this point I decided id had enough and realised my complaints were falling on deaf ears. I left the premises. This is appalling service. Wish I'd read the other reviews first.
