Excellent customer service when my daughter forgot her PIN number. The manager was very patient and helpful.
Shut on a saturday , cant pay a large cheque in with photo method so will Have to drive back before they shut On a weekday, losing a few hours work At least then i can walk to santander And give them my money, at least you Can pay cheques into their cash machine
Have been using this branch since Stonehouse closed.Now have a 9 mile round trip,nowhere to park conveniently or cheap.Always have to queue to see a cashier as they have no more than 2 in operation despite the fact that they are dealing with so many more loyal customers who previously used Stonehouse or Nailsworth prior to the closures of said branches.Get asked virtually every time I go in are you paying in ? Yes I am but I am cash only business that needs to continuously acquire coins for change.Please please sort out the long waiting times one has to endure every time you need to see a cashier,it’s a pain in the derrière to put it politely !!!
