Ladies there at the moment are very very rude all of them, have no way of explaining politely the systems they use and their policies. They jump in and protect each other like voltures. Need to start respecting customers and you think that would start from the manager but it doesn't at all.

I have tried 3 times to send a review, but it would not register as I had not awarded any stars at all! I meant to award no stars at all! But because I did this, the whole of the review disappeared into thin air! So her goes- Recently I tried to draw out £50.00 from my account at Lloyds. I did not have my plastic Lloyds cash card with me (don't really like using these as they come straight off the account, unlike a credit card). I did not have my driving licence with me as it was in the post for renewal. I did not have my passport with me as I rarely carry this around. They refused all other cards including Mastercard, so the cashier called the Manager over. He got me to sign a specimen signature form (I'm sure we filled in one of these recently when we moved from another area) and fed it into the computer system. At last I was able to draw out my £50.00! I will be changing Banks very soon! The previous time I drew out a small amount of cash, the cashier simply asked me how I would like the notes!

This brunch is one of the worst that I ever visited. Ladies are very rude, especially manager. Except gentelment called Christofer nobody wants to work! Very disappointed!

It is really frustrating having to spend several minutes getting through the centralised call centre system to get a tel number for this (or any) branch. Inevitably my call was eventually met with "we are experiencing exceptionally high call volumes this morning" - as this happens on almost every call it does suggest there is insufficient resource for what must be well established peak and trough periods. Having tried the Banstead branch tel no 4 times it is simply no help consistently getting the response "we're sorry, your branch is unable to answer you call at the moment ..." but you can always hold for a financial advisor. Unfortunately even that option is met with ... "we are extremely busy and expect to answer you call in 5 mins etc". I've been with Llloyds a very, very long time and this really is not very good.
