Top marks for the excellent customer service at Lloyds Bank in Worksop today. I had an appointment with a Personal Banking Adviser - M A this morning. Not a straight forward transaction. M A was helpful, courteous and completed the actions I required proficiently and in a friendly manner. Thank you. The customer experience was good and maybe I will look to open an account with Lloyds after all.

Terrible never enough staff on the counters . Always a long wait , and like every other bank pushing for on line banking so they can cut staff . Changing to another bank a.s.a.p .
