Great staff v helpful, lovely to go in and be able to speak to a " human" not robots on the phone
Shuts at 3 during the week and closed weekends?! Useless if you work full time and want to pay money in!
We went into this branch on Saturday morning for the first time. The manager served us and was extremely pleasant and helpful with a few things we needed to sort out. Very professional. Thank you.
I'm sure this branch used to be a lot bigger, but there's only two cashier desks, a couple of meeting rooms, a cheque paying in machine and an ATM outside. Staff are helpful and pleasant to deal with, though no real reason you should choose Lloyds over any of the other banks along this row in Beccles.
Turned up at 16:01 and doors shut????? Website says 16:30.
Very slow service.
