Not impressed to say the least. Rude and unhelpful woman either didn't know the answers to my straight forward questions regarding my Graduate account, so she made up a load of nonsense to presumably get rid of me, when I questioned her she got her manager out and he treated me as if I were a child. I researched the answer and found it myself, I then took my custom to the branch in Exeter, who were 100% more helpful and friendly and dealt with my request/questions in a professional manner. This isn't the first time I've had rude staff in this branch, and seeing as I am local to this branch I will be transferring my bank accounts to another bank. The only reason I gave two stars was because I didn't have to wait long, otherwise it's just the one i'm afraid.
Not enough staff on the tills long queues cash deposit machine not working as usual spoke to manager wandering around asking if she could help I said open another till and she just refused. Was easy to pay in last year of a evening no traffic queuing put it in the machine job done but no you stopped that
Would not help me in changing English money obtained from the cash machine in the lobby, into smaller notes. Bad customer service went to another bank nearby, NO PROBLEM take note LLOYDS, if you want customers.
Lots of staff available, also lots of machines to do your own transactions.
Always will to help Top quality staff and service
Big ques for casiers staff with i pads trying to cut down ques but they cant help with cash deposits.
Amazing service and staff very helpful.
Spent 45 minutes waiting for a mobile bank that did not turn up. LLoyds idea of service
