Worst customer service I ever see the old lady July was so rude
Not only very friendly staff, but also let me tell you how kind this was in comparison to other banks: When I came to England in 2018 from Germany, no other bank wanted to give me an account with them. It wasn't about the amount of money I had, but more about the typical problem at the beginning, that you don't have a room yet and therefore it's hard to get the proof of address at the beginning. While other banks did have issues with my proof once I finally had a room, Lloyds was wonderful here in accepting it to get a bank account to receive my monthly pay from my employer. So since then I really appreciate the help here from Lloyds, great work!
Helpful guy asked each queuing customer his/her subject and shortened their waiting time where he was able to help. Clean friendly and efficient.

This branch is one of the traditional town centre banks in a lovely Old building but with all the modern facilities you'd expect. The staff are helpful although it can get very busy at times. Front entrance has steps, although there is level access from the street at the side.
Lovely branch, peoppe here are very helpful. Had an issue with account, couldn't work it out, crew explained me what I am supposed to do in clear way. Great experience, will come back.
I have been banking with Lloyds over 18 years, I have never had problem. However 3 weeks ago wanted to set up a online banking,they said the code will be send by post in 3 weeks nothing came.Went to branch today and asked for help so called the Manager " Emma Bishop" had appauling attitude. Refuse to accept my official complain, refused to show her name card so I can complain about the right person.As I said in 18 years never ever had a single issue but today I was treated like dirt.disgusting behaviour by the so called branch manager, therefore I am going to close all my account and cancel any money coming into my account
