Poor, used to be atleast 3 members of staff serving, went in today and there was a massive queue of people waiting to be served as usual by one member of staff who was serving. The immediate deposit machine is a waste of time as well, one minute it works, then it doesn’t. Banks need to stop replacing members of staff with machines that don’t work / people don’t know how to work. There are a vast amount of elderly people in Downham Market, and everytime I go in they are all complaining about the time they have to be wait to be served. If something isn’t done about this, I myself will be switching banks.
