My son was £20 short when he counted his withdrawal at the cashiers today. He was told nothing could be done until the cashier checked at the end of the day. He did remember she put four x £10 notes back in her till then gave him one x £20 note in exchange. Promised they would sort it out and contact him when she balanced up at the end of the day. Not at all satisfactory, still waiting for his call...
