Horrible experience,...time and  energy wasted AVOID IT , find another branch or rather bank. The advisor Carol Wallace, was very rude, totally unprofessional,she gave me no advice and she made racist affirmations. During the meeting I had to keep a napkin at my nose due to her bad breath and her foul sweat smell. The complaint I made to the branch manager never got an answer.

I've used this branch since 1990's when I am in England - Herts - never had any major difficulties - it is definitely here/there

Hate using machines, id rather have face to face communication but the staff member insisted I used the machine maybe because it was about to close but still there was people at the till side.

Poor service,member of staff was not following customer request.

Members of staff are very helpful and polite x
