I love that there is still a bank in Southam and that I can pay in all the cash that comes into my church. I also very much respect and like the lovely cashiers who work here. They always have time for you and will sort out any problem. Please never close this branch.
Very disappointed with my experience here today 30th December 2020. I made a special trip to the bank to withdraw some money, seeing as I don't live in Southam. Despite their website stating they're open til 3:30pm, upon arrival I was told by one of their staff exiting the branch that the branch had closed at 2pm I arrived at 2:30pm referencing a sign inside a window which had these new opening hours on. How am I expected to know that the branch had earlier opening hours if It wasn't stated on their website, and the only way of knowing was a sign in their window upon arriving! It states on their website that 'Over the festive period our branch opening hours will differ. Branches will be closing at 2pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.' Last time I checked the calendar, 30th December is the day before New Year's eve. Clearly I'm expected to ring the individual branch to check if they're open every time I want to go, who even does that! Absolute waste of my time.
Nice staff but opening hours aren't great. Can pay in at the post office up the road!
I've been using the branch for nearly 20 years, and I've always found the staff knowledgeable, polite, friendly and helpful.
Awful branch of Lloyd's, terrible opening hours , if you need anything done use the Leamington branch
This place has hit rock bottom , totally inept branch shame as used the place for 25 years but now go to Daventry or Leamington.
