First visit and found the staff to be welcoming, professional, friendly and very efficient; even helped me fill out the form to pay in a foreign cheque having forgotton my glasses.

I have tried to open an account several times and they have rejected me inventing procedures, racist people with very professionalism. Especially to the Manager Sarah who shows that she is not professional and racist. I have filed a complaint to take action against the ineptitude of this staff
Really really poor experience here, left me without access to my savings for a week. The staff and manager were very nice trying to fix the issue.
