Appalling let my 88 year old mother take out her entire life savings (£9,500) without question and give it to fraudsters, and not even a call to off any sympathy after the police visited the branch, she had banked here her entre life. Not quite as the TV add Lloyds 'Always by your side'

I've use the branch for 10 years and it used to be a good branch with capable staff and excellent customer care. But I've noticed that they no longer seem to take responsibility for things they do wrong. I spoke to them on 3 occasions for them to correct one of their errors and it took my phoning in and complaining for something to happen. The customer care has gone.

Bank manger Rebecca Way at the Lloyds Yateley branch gives out financial advice without any ground to do so. Holds money back from customers & then invites the police into the branch to question customer why they are taking money out. Utterly shocking & she was doing this to a 65 year old lady who has having work completed on her house

Clearly not up to speed. It is closed on a Saturday. Ignore the opening times on here
