Excellent customer service
Our local branch. Can get very busy on weekends and sometimes staff levels are not up to the task. Staff themselves are usually very friendly and helpful / professional. Good service in our experience.
Be careful using the new cash machines shortchanged me by £20 a couple of weeks ago and I haven't been able to get it back.
This is not a fu**n TSB bank!!! Change the name in Google... Amateurs
Staff very helpful.
Very annoying and ridiculous experience. 6 years worth of depositing cheques under one name and today they refuse to accept 6 cheques under that name because it's not the entire and exact name. Apparently it's under their discretion of the branch. Fuming and now want to change banks for the hassle they've caused.
