I thought Lloyds in Acle was bad, but Heartsease takes the biscuit. 5 tills and usually only one open. Always a long queue and demoralised staff. The car park is a joke. Now I hear that they are closing the Acle branch, so now there's even more pressure on this branch. Come on Lloyds it's about time you actually did something for your customers rather than taking money off us with your numerous bank charges.

Agree with the other reviews,not enough staff on .Car park is really not big enough but not much they can do to improve it apart from stopping people parking there and going elsewhere which I have witnessed.

Wow, this must be one of the worst banks in Norwich with poor service, don’t waste your time banking here!

They close their counters at 4pm which for a reail business makes it really hard to get down to them in time. Whilst most staff are friendly and helpful there are still a handful who come across as condensending and rude as they seem to want you to only use the self service features, even after explaining several times why I would prefer to be served at the counter and have a record of the transaction for the business
