Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Nice clean branch. All in all good local branch.
Melanie was so kind yesterday. As I'm disabled but not in a wheelchair yet she very kindly got me a chair to sit on while I waited for her to sort out some banking issues. Always very kind staff, very helpful and the bank was clean and tidy.
Many thanks to the kind gentleman who helped my elderly mother yesterday over a dental bill.
Brilliant bank staff are tremendous
Good customer service, but usually a wait to be served probably the time of day. Will only accept a certain amount of change so don't think you can change up your 50p jar! Have stuck with them for many years but run for the shareholders and not Customers.
With the state of bank closures nationally we are lucky to have this branch of Lloyds staying open in a convenient location in Seaton. There are no banks left in Glastonbury, for example. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. When did a bank not have queues? To appreciate/be grateful or to winge is a lifestyle choice, and there is much to appreciate in the high quality service offered by this branch.
Not very good. The staff love to gossip instead of doing what they get paid to do.
Covers all basic Banking requirements. Appointments needed for more detailed services . Out of hours cash machine
Although I have had to wait in the queue at times, I cannot fault the Bank, its staff nor the friendly and efficient service rendered. Thank you and please STAY in Seaton!
Waited at the help desk for 30 mins to open a account bank manager knew I was there didn't send someone over just left me waiting so walked out
