Lots of space and beautiful grounds. There was a small adult gym, which was very popular. I wish there was more. There was a playground and a place to eat. Loads of room to roam. My teenager and I had a wonderful time. Playground: There is a nice playground for children with a good variety of equipment. Most of it is in good condition. Dog-friendliness: Lots of space for dogs to roam and run
Love this park, wether sunshine or snow. The place looks brilliant with its wide open spaces compared to other parks in the area.
Large park with lots of space for walking - but it can get quite muddy in places. It has tennis courts, a play area, a cafe with a wide choice of dishes and has a popular parkrun. It is also easy to reach on public transport - it has its own tram stop!
A mixture of parkland with a cafe and also flower meadows. Easy to get to by tram or a walk from Addiscombe or other neighbouring area. Close to Addington Hills if you want to make include it in a longer walk.
One of the massive parks around Croydon area. It's got almost everything from cafe to gym to kids play area to walking trials. Best thing is plenty of parking available and 3 hours is free. Make sure to get ticket from the machine and display.
It's a 3.5 really ... Lots to do in the park for younger and older children. Unfortunately the zip wire is missing it's swing and the climbing area is missing a few bits, it's also generally looking run down. But still lots to do. Cafe is nice and has lots of options but in the more expensive side of the normal park cafe. It has exercise equipment and lots of green space to run around in.
It's a large and beautiful park. It has tênis courts, space to play football, and others spots. It also has machined for weight exercises. It is great for picnics too. It offers so much options for sports that I can't even name all of them here. I have been going to Loud Park for over 2 years and I still discover new trails and routes. From Loy Park you can easily access the golf court and the forest. I definitely recommend to visit the park and be bold to explore beyond the area around the coffee shop.
This is a large green open space... great for team games/ sports, jogging, cycling, kite flying and picnicking.... A bit of a wild park with a nice playground which has some unusual items and a zip wire. A cafe for teas and coffees. Some outdoor gym equipment. Very accessible as there is car parking and it's right next to the tram stop. If you like countryside you can take a walk up towards the Surrey hills which are beautiful and thoroughly recommended about 30 mins in the direction of Oaks Lane.
I turned up for practice, and received a warm welcome from the start. Looking forward to another visit in the near future, as I really enjoyed the judo. Lovely people... keep up the good work.
Lovely park if a little muddy at certain times of the year. Plenty of facilities for all ages. I enjoyed the parkrun today with my dog. The dog-friendly park café is very good too.
