Absolutely appalling service from Lloyds bank in Surbiton was supposed to get a colleague called Paul that was suppose to contact me the next day it has now been two weeks and no contact no email. I have tried calling the number and no answer! Can’t attend the bank as I am away! The service they provide you is very unreliable! I highly would not recommend anyone to bank with Lloyds the staff are very unhelpful and don’t have a clue of what they’re doing!

I was amazed by the high quality customer support from Ibrahim who really made his best to sorting out my bank issues. He is so professional and his genuine manner made me comfortable to wait for my problem has been solved! Thanks

Always had a good experience with the staff in this bank, helpful and friendly - I cannot understand the bad reviews below other than to say that some reviewers only ever leave bad comments!  Must be a tough life that nothing good ever happens!!!!!

I find it ridiculous that men and women or Asian women were being treated very differently in this Lloyd bank. Have become an account holder of this bank for more than 1 year, today I experienced the worst customer service here. While the man stood in front of me gets to be treated politely in every possible way, I got zero response of my greetings, neither basic"how are you" or my sincere Christmas greetings. More offensively, she even laugh at me with her colleague about my greetings. I don't know whether if it's because I'm a woman or it's because I'm a Asian woman, but this staff's behavior destroys my opinion of Lloyd bank. Hardly ever, I was being treated this way in London, and I always wanted to believe that British people are very polite, apparently it's not true. I will never recommend this bank to any friends.

I phoned head office as I want to move my entire account from another bank to Lloyds in Surbiton.I was told I would be phoned back within 3 hours,5 hours later, still waiting, branch closed now .After looking at reviews, and I actually do not believe the glowing ones,I'm wondering whether to bother.

Best service I've ever had in a bank. The two blonde ladies who work there are extremely friendly and genuinely seem to care about their customers. Really impressed every time I go.

I come often in this branch and it’s the worst one I have ever seen. Always grumpy, not polite and complaining about something. If they have any problem about that job I strongly suggest to leave it to someone can appreciate and do better customer service.

Their motto seems to be less work is better. They now have technical issues AGAIN and the bank was closed on Saturday when it should have been open.

After walking for nearly 1 hour to pay some money into my account, I discovered the Surbiton branch is temporarily closed due to "Covid Restrictions" -   what ever that means ! !  It is bad enough that Lloyds have closed down many branches in my area, hence the long journeys I have to take these days ! !  Not impressed ! !

Very rude and unhelpful cashier lady, long queue and dirty environment.
