Story

Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre is the regional headquarters for the applied arts in South Wales. The Centre instigates and presents a dynamic and exciting exhibitions programme which promotes the applied arts as well as providing an extensive education and participation schemes of work to the local community. In addition, the Centre creates and tours exhibitions to venues across Britain and Europe. http://www.lgac.org.uk

Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre is a registered charity and is governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees. Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre is a revenue funded client of the Arts Council of Wales and holds a Service Level Agreement with Torfaen County Borough Council. The Centre also receives funding from Monmouthshire County Council, Cwmbran Community Council, Croesyceiliog & Llanyrafon Community Council and independent trusts and foundations.

LGAC also receives funds from the European Regional Development Fund through the South East Wales Community Economic Development Fund (SEWCED).

Lleolir Canolfan Celfyddydau Llantarnam Grange mewn plasdy Fictoraidd o’r bedwaredd ganrif ar bymtheg a dyma’r ganolfan ranbarthol ar gyfer y celfyddydau cymhwysol yn Ne Ddwyrain Cymru. Mae’r Ganolfan yn creu ac yn cyflwyno rhaglen o arddangosfeydd dynamig a chyffrous sy’n hyrwyddo’r celfyddydau cymhwysol ac yn darparu rhaglen addysg a chyfranogaeth helaeth i’r gymuned leol. Yn ogystal, mae’r Ganolfan yn creu arddangosfeydd ac yn mynd â hwy ar daith i leoliadau eraill ar draws Prydain ac Ewrop.

Mae Canolfan Celfyddydau Llantarnam Grange yn elusen gofrestredig gaiff ei llywodraethu gan Fwrdd Ymddiriedolwyr gwirfoddol. Mae Canolfan Celfyddydau Llantarnam Grange yn un o gleientiaid refeniw Cyngor Celfyddydau Cymru ac yn meddu ar Gytundeb Lefel Gwasanaeth gyda Chyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Torfaen. Mae’r Ganolfan hefyd yn derbyn cyllid gan Gyngor Sir Fynwy, Cyngor Cymuned Cwmbrân, Cyngor Cymuned Croesyceiliog a Llanyrafon a gan ymddiriedolaethau a chronfeydd annibynnol.
