Having recently joined Llanelli library I walked in and asked a male member of staff where the toilets were, he replied you can't use ours you'll have to use the toilets in the market. I felt really embarrassed and felt insulted. Needless to say I won't be using that library again even though my Council tax keeps these people in a job. I'm very angry.

When I was in Llanelli wales, From time to time I used to visit this library. This library had so many books and resources of informations but I didn't know how to use this library practically. I wanna visit this place again
