Long ski slope, well appointed 'lodge' with a reasonable food menu and a lovely log burner... very much required during our visit! Really helpful ski-techs on site.nnSlope itself in good condition, well maintained.nnCarpark needs work - a couple of very large potholes. Be careful on the ascent road from the pier to the carpark too... it's narrow one car width and extremely steep in one or two places.nnGreat views back to Snowdonia, especially if you follow a little track up behind the ski slope.
Went to Llandudno just before the new school year in September. Took daughter and one of her friends, son had just going off to Uni.nIt is a bit of a hike up the Orme to get there so not one for limited walking capabilities. It is possible to drive up, but be careful as narrow road and limited passing space.nThere is a fairly large car park once at the place, and a café tonReasonable price, £11.50 for 2 rides per person. Staff very friendly and gave instructions how to use toboggan, especially for the cornering and when coming to finish.nGirls thoroughly enjoyed themselves on it.
we came on 6 Oct which is a cloudy day but end up we don't need to queue up too much for the ride. we played tobanngo and tube and we enjoyed it.nnremember if you play both, you can enjoy bundle price.nnmy daughter love the tobanngo. the staff called Lori is very nice.
Could be an excellent place, but falls short. Some excellent instructors, but badly let down by some of the other staff. We used to go pretty regularly, but stopped when we were told specific prices over the phone, then charged much more when we were there. Nothing was done about it, and the promised callback from manager never happened. Reluctantly we simply stopped going. Great shame, as one of the instructors in particular was amazing. There was another unpleasant back office incident too. Pay in cash on the day and you know where you're up to. Toboggan is a laugh, but be aware is weather dependent.nnUpdate for 2024. Mini golf still needs a bit of TLC and drinks in café were lukewarm, with no food on despite signs advertising Bacon butties etc.
Had a great day here this weekend. Special mention to Chris and Michael on the tubing! Fantastic guys! Made our day, very fun and were so good with the kids and adults like me who screamed the whole way down Michael's first day and he was fab. Chris, keep up the good work you are an asset.nHope to see you guys again soon!nHighly recommend!
