Having had to use this Minor Injuries Unit/Triage several times, I've received the very best treatment, and also at outpatient department, and day surgery theatre.nMy only gripe is that you are no longer allowed to go to Minor Injuries/Triage without an appointment, this seems ridiculous, as it should be open to those who have injuries, a walk in department so patients don't have to travel 45 miles + to wait for an in A&E for hours, after already having to find a friend or relative to get them to hospital an hour away, on an awful road especially in winter.nnThere's now many changes with Llandrindod Dr Surgery, so it's important to staff and keep Minor Injuries/Triage open at point of need, you also cannot relay on getting an Ambulance in Llandrindod should the patients condition worsen, even worse not the Powys Air Ambulance has been removed.nIf you are seen in Minor Injuries/Triage in Llandrindod hospital it's such a relief having caring nurses and Drs to treat you, I have been seen for different things in this Unit, and always had the best care.nHopefully Minor Injuries/Triage in Llandrindod hospital will stay open for the future, but knowing how the NHS works here in Mid Wales, I have concerns.nnThank you to all the staff at Llandrindod Wells Hospital for caring for my family
Today my 1star for this hospital is because after 5 months they ordered a taxi, they still didn’t pay for it. Nhs seems to be a joke. I called there atleast 6 times and they all the time promised they will solve but nothing solved until today. Thx for scamming a small business.
I attended the x ray dept today , saw Tim , very professional and understanding of my pain , excellent , p. Ss couldn't do scan code, my phone wouldn't let me ,please pass my thanks on to Tim
I visited the dental hospital yesterday was very pleased with the treatment. Dentist and dental nurse were brilliant.
What a wonderful experience....at an unfortunate time. The staff at this hospital are superb, they are very professional, friendly and caring. From the moment we walked in and spoke to the reception staff to being seen by the nurses Kerry and Jenna it was all exceptional. After all the tests, the Ambulance crew Tom and Katie then added to the excellent experience as much as travelling to hospital and in an ambulance can be. I cant thank them all enough for looking after my husband in our time of need. Thankyou everyone.
