Can't get through on the phone and when you do the receptionist wants to know your life if you can go in and see the doctor do as a call back might take hours plus you will still have to come into pick your prescription up
I really wish I could give 0 starts with the experience I’ve had with the receptionist at Llanberis surgery. I called, after trying to get through for an hour and a half, and over 50 attempted calls they finally answered and instantly said they have no more appointments available for the day. I explained my situation and how concerned I was for my health, and explained how I’d already been to A&E this week too. The way the receptionist was speaking to me was absolutely horrible, I completely broke down on the phone and she had no sympathy whatsoever. I finally managed to get an appointment for today, but I will be putting in a formal complaint for the way I was spoken to. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a professional.
Having had severe mental health issues, I have found Dr. Tomos to be extremely good with my issues. I rang asking for an appointment, which I knew was going to be like asking for a winning lottery ticket. I expected a no but the receptionist literally said “No, he’s on holiday. Bye” phone down. Thanks receptionist. Have a lovely day.
They have missed three consecutive prescriptions for a life saving medication that I have been without for 3 months. For other prescriptions from specialist clinics, they have completely ignored and never provided. They ignore me when I call to complain. Most of the time they do not even answer the phone. People that know me are speechless. If you can, order what you need online and ignore this bunch.
No one answers the phone. Have been calling for a good week and still couldn't get an appointment
Everything is back to normal you can see a doctor face to face and see a nurse great Surgery again
