This is my third visit and will most certainly be my last. On my first visit we were given the wrong order and had to wait a further 55 minutes for that to be corrected, the order was for a burger and a doner. On our second visit the food was a little cold when delivered but it was OK. We decided to attend this time, what a mistake. The staff are rude, tell you what you must do and have 0 understanding of customer service. Food is OK but not worth the headache of dealing with these very rude people. Stay away

Avoid at all cost!!! First impressions from the little guy with little mustache was awful! Very arrogant, waited 30 mins for pizza and curlyfries only to get a wrong order pizza and garlic bread! First and last time. I do not recommend.
Regular visitors for the best garlic/hot sauce chicken kebab in town, Suffolk, if not Britain!! Even on first name terms! And as we haven't had a kitchen for nearly 2 weeks, have been in there even more! Thank you all
