If I could give less than one star I would. Customer service is awful. They did not deliver my furniture and they did not contact me about not doing so either. I had to chase them! And now 5 weeks later I have not received the furniture. They do not respond to emails or answer the phone. And to top it off, not an apology or resolution.

The 5' high end bed I ordered had 3 damaged bed slats and damaged foot end. I called Livyhome and received excellent customer care. They sent me out replacement parts immediately. Thank you Livyhome I definitely would recommend you and I will definitely purchase goods from this company again.

Would give no stars if i could, I bought a TV stand in Nov, I still haven't received it. I have phoned them everyday for about 3 weeks and no-one has ever picked up, I even emailed them, no response. Their website has been down for weeks so can't contact them through their now. In my desperation and knowing Livy Home are a Tescos partner brand, I called Tesco to see if they had an alternative number, Tesco informed me that Livy Home are no longer a Tescos partner due to the number of complaints and poor communication (imagine my shock!). I have now had to open a Merchant dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. Avoid this Livy Home like the plague, they are literally the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Put my trust in Tesco who are partnered with this company. I will never order furniture through this company or anyone who they advertise with again. They have let Tesco down as well as the customer. No item,no communication....will there even be a refund?! Great birthday gift experience this has been....

this firm is terrible no corrispondence at all they do not have a tracking system cant find anything out about my furniture cancelled my order by email and phone call on the 4th october still waiting for my refund a week later, no body answers the phone or get's back to you terrible company going by my experience
