Friendly furniture shop with no pressure to buy. Bought a table and 4 chairs which are excellent quality and a reasonable price. Owner went out of her way to ensure delivery before Christmas in just over a week. Delivery driver was very courteous and built the table for us.
Having looked around Livingswoods well presented showroom and speaking to the very helpful Warren we ordered a number of items of bedroom furniture. Delivery was exactly to the timescale explained to us. One item did have some minor damage but this was sorted promptly and efficiently. Communication throughout the process was excellent. We are very happy with our new furniture. Thank you to Warren, Ben and the delivery team for their excellent customer service.
Got a lovely oak sideboard delivered a couple of weeks ago really pleased with it good quality. It seems to be a nice family business Ben a his father are very polite !! and delivery drivers are spot-on. Nothing too much trouble.
Great quality furniture and the most wonderful, helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They worked with me because i had to coordinate delivery with removal! The service was first class.
I always try and shop locally and Livingwoods of Lincoln is a great reminder of why. I was recently looking for a mattress and the quality and prices at Livingwoods were quite literally unbeatable. These guys also really know their stuff and they also provide a great after sales service! The delivery guys very prompt and rang ahead to make sure I was in and wore masks while in my house, which I did appreciate. I tend to be a fussy customer but am happy to give Livingwoods the highest recommendation! Thank you Warren and Ben!
Excellent store. Table was delayed due to covid but not shop's fault. Table arri Ed and was set up for me. Will happily be shopping there again. Staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help.
I made the mistake of buying lots of furniture from these people, had lots of problems with quality which they always promise to rectify. They never do, dragging their feet in the hope you will go away. I cannot recommend only say Caveat Emptor, do not trust these people. Peter
Good friendly service. Ordered a new bed and mattress which arrived, and was assembled within two weeks. Would certainly recommend this shop and the service they provide.
Friendly staff very good selection and prices, outstanding quality, did have a problem with a piece on delivery this was dealt with straight away and swapped for new piece. Will be back and buy from them again...
Really nice range of furniture. Prices as good as anything I could find on the internet. Friendly service, and they leave you alone to look around, unlike most other furniture stores I've visited.
