Credit where credit is due, Livingstones (in particular Hemat) have worked hard last year to reduce the cost of our business insurance premium. The rate of this year’s renewal premium has been kept very competitive for which I am very grateful. They have produced where my previous brokers, who I had been with for 14 years, could not.

I have been insuring with Livingstones for 3 years and have had claims settled swiftly and efficiently. The policy is good and covers everything we need and they are always available on the phone.

Worst experience ever dealing with this company 
They do not take notice of any information or emails and are purely transfixed on trying to sell you more insurance even though you tell them you do not need any more insurance 
Enter into business with them at your own peril
