Needed to check my travel vaccinations were up to date, I may not even require any I wasn’t sure. The receptionist was none empathetic in stating it is the Doctors POLICY not to arrange this with 5 weeks as they need 6 weeks. I asked if I could complete the form to check if I needed any and she said, “I could but nothing would happen with it.”nShe advised I can go to a Travel Vaccine pharmacy.  Obviously, this will be at a fee, where I’ll probably end up with a consultation fee if I don’t need any too.nSo I’m not too late to check or have the vaccine, it’s just POLICY!  Rubbish service received.

Hannah my diabetic nurse has been absolutely excellent dealing with the needs and issues I've had.nnIve been diabetic now for a couple of years now, and whilst its been managed well, I feel as though Hannah has made the effort to listen to issues I have had and act on them accordingly. A very professional and a very helpful nurse!

This practice has gone absolutely down hill. Near impossible to get an appointment, same generic response of if you can't get an appointment call 111 or go to ilkeston hospital. I would have an easier time getting an appointment at littlewick if I was signed up at a different practice as they seem more interested in seeing other practices patients than their own.

I use to have a good experience with Littlewick, but I haven't been to the doctors in about 17 years. It's obvious that the NHS has gone downhill, based on so many people's bad experiences. But it's about time people started looking after their own health. If I ever get sick, I use natural therapies to heal myself. Unfortunately, doctors are not trained to cure disease or get to the root cause. And most people don't want to change their lifestyle or let go of their bad habits. They just want to live a unhealth life and then become a burden on the NHS.

Currently waiting with my 3 y.o. to be seen. Appointment was for 14 min ago. Got here 15 minutes earlier and spend 14 of these minutes waiting for one of the two receptionist to react. Both sloth-slow, both super unfriendly. And just when i thought it couldn't get any slower, they both sat at the same computer, to deal with one customer while 8 of us were waiting queuing. This whole time i had my daughter in my arms because she has a fever and  can't even stand. When she finally called us, next please,  there was not so much as sorry for having to wait. This place gets worse and worse with every visit.
