I Don't normally leave reviews but today I saw Doctor Jennifer North, I have been bounced between appointments & Doctors for over 10 years with the same issue and Jennifer is the first doctor to listen and be understanding with everything, I cannot express how happy I am to finally be understood, Left in happy tears! Jennifer was super calm, caring and super easy to talk to with about my problems no judgement, Took the next steps into getting me a referral and explained everything and made sure we covered the situation.nnJennifer goes above and beyond for her patients and honestly deserves every praise, you have truly just made my day after years of fighting for an understanding so thank you so much :!nThank you so much for being reassuring and comforting and honestly a fantastic doctor!

Phoned up for my wife. Waited 0ver 40 minutes to get through. Then told Triage would contact me. ^ hours later Triage contacted me. They didn't obviously have any medical training. Was then referred to a practise nurse. On another day. Told her we wanted a referral for a scan. She said she hasn't got the authority, to do this. I'd told Triage that is what we wanted. She said i will send you a link next week to make an appointment with a doctor. So we had another few days to wait. When i opened the link. It offered us an appointment in a weeks time. When we attended that appointment, the doctor was running 30 minutes late. And when we asked if my wife could have a mri, or ct scan. She said she couldn't do it. She is not authorised. She would have to ask her mentor. Then sent me an x-ray link to book an appointment. It said after 2 Hours of receiving the link. Still can't book it 6 hours later. The so called Dr North phoned and said it might take 24-48 hours. Because she is not a regular.nThere's at least 14 doctors work her. ALL part time, and on an average of 64k a year. Pathetic

Seen Nurse Jackie Parkin today with my daughter , who I have seen before for myself and my daughter and has always been amazing! Always made me feel listened to and takes her time , just want to say thank you as a mum , always reassured me and gone the extra mile! Can’t fault the surgery to be honest at the minute,needed appointments for myself and my daughter last few weeks , been really easy and also easy to book follow up’s for both appointments , Nurse Hannah was brilliant with me the other week and made me feel so much better , so thank you to you all x

They cured my high blood pressure and high cholesterol without even having to see me.nnThere are many doctors at the practice and I never met or spoke to any of them so i don't know which to thank.nnWhoever it was that cancelled my repeat prescription though has saved me about £10 a month.nWithout you, I would have carried on forever paying for blood pressure and cholesterol drugs that I didn't need.nnYou're the best.

Receptionists on the phone very abrupt. They make it obvious they want to get you off the phone as soon as possible, regardless of whether your issue has been resolved. Also not always possible for people who work trying to ring from 8am in the morning to try and get an appointment. Told I could book online, tried that a week ago and still not heard back. Some of us need advance appointments so we can  arrange time off work
