I have been seeing Annabel for deep tissue sports massages for around 7 months. She has worked miracles!!! I started going due to severe migraines, at my worst I was getting 3-4 a week and it was very debilitating. I knew it was due to tension in my neck, shoulders and back. After just one session I had full mobility back in my neck! I had gotten to the point where I could hardly turn my head. Annabel has also identified that I have one hip higher than the other and this causes a lot of the tension. Annabel is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what the problem is and why she has worked on a certain area. She is very friendly and I always look forward to my appointment! I am pretty much migraine free now and I've ditched the painkillers which is great. I cannot recommend Annabel enough. No matter what the issue is, she will sort it!
Referred there after a dislocated arm and broken shoulder. Been 5 or 6 times with further consultations planned. Seeing Kate. Brilliant. Very patient, informative and helping me back to something near to normality. Everyone’s so friendly.Can’t speak highly enough of her and the service. Thank you.
Horrendous wait for nhs physio. 36 weeks if you are lucky and then you just get a phone call to triage your symptoms to see if you need to be seen. Disgusting service from nhs.
